OUR FIT-BASED APPROACH
A new bike purchase is a big deal, and one that we take very seriously.
Historically we have been known as “just” a bike fit studio. IOG is so much more – a hub of expertise, industry knowledge and guidance around all things bikes. Whether you are looking to optimize your position on your current bike or find a new bike, IOG is your solution. Professionally sized and built, we can be your conduit for a heightened and elevated bike buying experience.
Selling bikes complements our core bike fit services, which allows us to offer you a bespoke bike buying experience unlike your typical bike shop.
We have access to over a dozen brands and all major component companies in order to completly customize your new bike.
We take pride in offering a no-pressure, one-on-one experience. No rows of bikes, no “bad buying” inventory decisions that we have to fix, and nearly unlimited brand offerings.
Every bike we sell is made to order, and custom-tailored to fit you perfectly and exceed your expectations.
OUR PROCESS
Meet with your IOG Fit Professional to share your vision and goals for your new bike. We are able to accommodate in-person and remote consulting for this stage of the process.
We may suggest our New Bike Purchase Bike Fit on our fully adjustable "fitbike" at IOG’s sTudio to establish your position and match that position to all aspects of your new bike – frame(s), contact points, crank length, etc. Oftentimes, we will ALSO use your existing bike as a baseline if available.
AFTER YOUR FIT IS ESTABLISHED, We will work with you one-on-one and guide you through the buying process with confidence – offering expert, unbiased advice and consulting on geometry, components, and build.
IOG is available to source all components (including frame, fork, saddle, power meter, etc.) as needed.
Using our trusted, standalone, and professional bike mechanics, we work to build your bike to spec using the sizing coordinates established in Step 2.
Upon completion, we will invite you back to IOG for a follow-up fit and adjustment, to complete the process and ensure a perfect fit.
